Mr. Handyman, a leader in residential and commercial repair, maintenance, and improvement, is seeking a motivated Outside Sales / Estimator to help expand our customer base and provide accurate project estimates.

What You’ll Do:

Build Relationships: Prospect and connect with new residential and commercial customers through networking, cold calling, door-to-door sales, and referrals.
Estimate with Expertise: Assess project scopes, prepare detailed and accurate estimates, and recommend solutions based on customer needs.
Sell with Confidence: Educate prospects on our wide range of professional handyman services and close deals by demonstrating our unmatched value and reliability.
Manage Your Pipeline: Maintain a steady flow of prospective customers through consistent follow-ups and relationship-building.
Hit & Exceed Goals: Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with Our Team: Work closely with our operations department to ensure a smooth transition from sale to service delivery.
Stay Organized: Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions in CRM software.

Highly Desired Skills & Experience:

15+ years of in-depth construction and remodeling experience (residential and commercial properties).
5+ years of successful sales experience with a proven ability to close deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently while staying accountable for results.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license.
